Products made from recycled rubber have a long tradition in construction and industry. Noise barriers and anti-vibration boards are widely used and find their place not only in the construction industry but also in engineering. In the transport sector, rubber products are used to reduce the transmission of vibrations and sound to the surroundings in the form of rail soundproofing (production of side rails) and noise barriers for railways, tramways and subways.
Widely used as universal damping, noise and anti-vibration plates in transport and industry.
Universal damping, soundproofing and anti-vibration boards are widely used in transport, industry and construction. In transport, they reduce noise and vibration caused by vehicle movement, and are installed under tracks and sleepers in rail transport, thus extending the life of the rail superstructure and increasing passenger comfort. In tram transport, they reduce noise in urban environments, and in road transport they protect bridges and overpasses from dynamic loads. In industry, they isolate industrial machinery, minimise vibrations transmitted to the building structure and increase the accuracy and reliability of machinery. In the construction industry, they serve as expansion and insulation elements, allow free movement of building structures under temperature changes and loads, and act as a barrier against moisture and noise penetration. This improves the comfort of residential and commercial spaces and contributes to the durability and longevity of buildings.
The anti-slip, cushioning and anti-vibration pad improves the frictional force between loaded materials and reduces the need for load securing straps. Used as a padding between transported goods, under pallets or under bulk cargo.
Applications
Anti-slip pads have a wide range of applications in the transport of cargo, for example in truck, ship or container transport. They can be used as pads under pallets, under bulk cargo or as interlinings between products. They often serve as packaging material, where they enclose the transported product on all sides, thus preventing damage. Rubber packaging materials are used to protect goods from contact with wood or metal packaging.
Rubber packaging is also indispensable in industry. In the automotive industry, for example, they are used to package spare parts to protect them from scratches and wear.
We produce them in 3 basic variants:
Anti-slip pad 2 000 x 200 x 10 mm
Anti-slip pad 2 000 x 200 x 8 mm
Anti-slip pad 2 000 x 100 x 5 mm
The pad can be produced in different sizes and densities on request.
